At BLKMarket, we strive to make your shopping experience seamless and flexible. Please review our cancellation policy below to understand your options:

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • You may cancel your order within [1–2 hours] of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refer to our Return Policy for guidance on returning the item after delivery.

  • To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at blkmarket609@gmail.com or call us at +1 (512) 774-7016 with your order number and reason for cancellation.

2. Order Cancellation by BLKMarket

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability or stock issues

  • Errors in pricing or product information

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Incomplete or invalid payment details

If your order is cancelled by us, you will be notified via email or phone, and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

3. Refund Timeline

  • If a cancellation is approved before shipment, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

4. Modifying Orders

Unfortunately, we cannot modify items or delivery addresses once an order has been placed. If changes are needed, we recommend cancelling the order (if within the allowed window) and placing a new one.
